Lindsay H. Bennett began the practice of law in his hometown of Rossville, Georgia in 1960 after clerking in Fulton Superior Court in Atlanta. Lindsay has earned his reputation by representing hundreds of wronged plaintiffs in personal injury and product liability actions. He has tried cases in eight different states. Rodney Bennett and Hamilton Bennett joined the firm in 1991.

LINDSAY H. BENNETT, JR. graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law and has been a trial attorney for 40 years. He is founder of the Bennett Law Firm in Rossville, Georgia. He is admitted to practice in State and Federal Courts and has tried jury cases in eight different states. He helped declare the Georgia Collateral Source Statute unconstitutional. See Denton v. Con-Way Southern Express, Inc., 261 GA 41 (1991).

Lindsay is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA); a former Vice-President of GTLA and the Executive Committee, a former member of the ATLA Board of Governors, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has spoken at numerous trial seminars on various civil litigation topics, both in the State of Georgia and elsewhere.

Lindsay focuses on serious personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and wrongful death claims.

HAMILTON BENNETT, received his undergraduate and law degrees from The University of Georgia. He is a partner in the Bennett Law Firm and focuses on personal injury, criminal law, and domestic relations cases. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

RODNEY H. BENNETT, is a partner in the Bennett Law Firm and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in 1988 and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1991. He focuses on Workers’ Compensation claims in both Georgia and Tennessee. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice law in Tennessee.
